Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Administrative Coordinator to support departmental leadership and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role combines executive-level administrative support, project coordination, document management, and process improvement responsibilities.

As the company prepares for an upcoming ERP implementation, this position will also play a key role in document organization, data cleanup, and process enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support to department leadership and executive staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across multiple departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership packets.
- Create purchase orders and assist with vendor communications, quote requests, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, including document scanning and record retention.
- Support database organization, document cleanup, and workflow improvements related to ERP implementation efforts.
- Track project timelines, documentation, and action items to ensure priorities stay on schedule.
- Assist with general administrative functions, records maintenance, and internal coordination.
- Help establish and improve processes that promote operational efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative, office coordination, or executive support experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various leadership styles.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with document management, data entry, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
