Richmond Behavioral Health has an exciting new opportunity for a highly skilled and professionial Administrative Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team. The selected individual provides advanced administrative support to programs and divisions. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing documentation workflows, preparing reports, and supporting executive functions. Requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently across multiple priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and program logistics across departments
  • Maintain and update electronic records and documentation systems
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and reconcile invoices, reimbursements, and budget-related documentation
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and meeting preparation
  • Respond to inquiries and facilitate communication between teams
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and reporting timelines
  • Assist with onboarding and training of administrative staff
