Location: Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations at our client's Carmel Valley office in San Diego. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking, coordinating logistics, and maintaining efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage executive and team calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Track projects, deadlines, and departmental deliverables
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and confidential employee records
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and internal documentation
  • Monitor office supply inventory and vendor relationships
  • Support event planning, team meetings, and special projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Additional Details:
