Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Help build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
- Support the Center Director and Assistant Center Director in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Help monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
- As needed, instruct students in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- As needed, work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for and great working with kids -- fun, patience, encouragement, empathy
- Team player
- Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization; seeking promotion to Assistant Center Director, Center Director, and beyond
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing "people people" who value positivity and fun!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
- Passion for / appreciation of math
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
