- Post-Training Shift (after ~2 months): 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Tue–Sat)
- This role involves handling inbound calls, dispatching service requests, and coordinating internal operations.
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
Specific Skills :
- Answer inbound calls from patients, staff, and visitors
- Document and dispatch service/work requests
- Monitor systems including alarms, gates, and intercoms
- Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred
