Administrative & Customer Support Specialist – Multiple Openings

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, administrative support, office administration, quality administration, data entry, order processing, or office coordination.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain and update records within ERP and other business systems.
- Respond professionally to customer, vendor, and internal inquiries.
- Monitor shared inboxes and prioritize communications.
- Coordinate documentation, reports, and administrative records.
- Support multiple departments with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Follow up on open items to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Assist with quality documentation, compliance activities, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Help maintain accurate customer, vendor, and inventory information.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, administrative support, quality administration, or data entry preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience using ERP or MRP software is a plus.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business as needed.
