    Job Summary

    The Administrative Deputy II serves as the senior executive-level administrative leader responsible for directing and overseeing an organizations administrative infrastructure to support large-scale operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this role provides strategic guidance on administrative policy, budget and contract development, and regulatory compliance. The position oversees key operational functions including fiscal services, human resources, payroll, facilities planning, and procurement to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient organizational performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, implement, and evaluate administrative systems supporting large and complex operations

    • Provide strategic leadership on administrative policies, procedures, and governance

    • Oversee fiscal functions including budgeting, accounting, revenue management, and grants administration

    • Direct human resources, payroll, facilities planning, and procurement activities

    • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

    • Advise executive leadership on administrative strategy, operational risks, and improvement initiatives

    • Support long-term planning and operational sustainability through effective resource management
