Job Description:

Ensures department processes adhere to JCAHO, licensing agencies and other regulatory standards. Assures that patient/staff rights are protected and utilize appropriate resources for resolving ethical dilemmas. Incorporates patient, physician, customer needs and concerns into decision making and organizational action. Sets and enforces high standards to assure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintains relationships with local EMS staff. Identify and implement operational changes needed to ensure acceptable emergency department metrics. Performs patient care staffing as needed to expedite patient care flow. Assures efficient patient throughput through the Emergency Department. Assures compliance with benchmarks for evidence based care. Oversees all Nursing patient care services and medical operations (first aid stations and other care centers at events sponsored by AdventHealth. Establishes and maintains knowledge as well as adherence to the Sponsorship Agreement between AdventHealth, Kansas Speedway, NASCAR and affiliates. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$97,470.45 - $181,295.04
