Administrative/Executive Assistant
Location: Newtown Square, PA (hybrid or can be Remote) Contract: 12+ Month
This role can be fully remote or hybrid, we are very flexible. No fixed onsite days required. Anywhere in the US is fine, but preferably in Seattle/Bellevue office).
Performs executive support activities for two executives, ensuring the efficient operation of their offices and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Core responsibilities include managing complex calendars and meeting scheduling, and arranging domestic and international travel. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer outreach and follow-up for one executive.
Deliver executive-level written communication and blogs as requested. Previous customer working experiences preferred.
In addition to the job description, the following qualifications are also required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Manage the strategic adoption of client Business AI - including Joule, embedded features, and custom solutions - driving customer journeys from activation to successful implementation
- Develop and execute AI adoption strategies, contribute to OKR achievement, and amplify impactful customer success stories
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure customers receive timely, high-quality engagement and support throughout their SAP journey
- Write and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and blogs as required
- Manage and triage executive inbox, including prioritizing and flagging emails, handling routine correspondence, and ensuring all meeting requests and action items are captured and addressed in a timely manner.
