The Ambulatory Operations Administrative Fellowship is a highly immersive, hands‑on opportunity for early‑career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in healthcare operations. Fellows work directly with ambulatory and executive leaders to improve access, efficiency, patient experience, and quality outcomes across a large, complex outpatient network.

This fellowship offers broad exposure, hands-on project ownership, and close mentorship-preparing fellows for future leadership roles in ambulatory operations while supporting mobility into diverse healthcare administration pathways.

Fellows are embedded within ambulatory clinic operations and collaborate with leaders across 132 clinics, 15 service lines, and 25 divisions. Through project‑based work, fellows gain firsthand experience in the operational, financial, and strategic dimensions of outpatient care while contributing to initiatives that directly impact patients and care teams.
