What will you be doing:
The Administrative Fellowship (CS International) is designed to prepare professionals to grow as forward-thinking leaders in healthcare administration. This non-clinical fellowship offers a dynamic experience through various rotations, executive exposure, leading high-impact projects aligned with both organizational priorities and individual development goals and hands-on training.
Administrative Fellows are immersed in departmental rotations tailored to the focus of each area and are paired with dedicated mentors who provide guidance through regular check-ins. The Fellow contributes to strategic initiatives and serves as project leads and/or co-leads for at least one project for each rotation and performs analysis to drive meaningful outcomes. Through mentorship, meaningful professional relationships, and experiential learning, fellows build core competencies in healthcare operations, communication, relationship management, project development and execution, budgeting, strategy, and organizational development.
This comprehensive experience equips fellows with the insight and skills needed to lead effectively within a complex and evolving healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
One (1) plus year of relevant work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field; this may include internships, practicum placements, or graduate assistantships completed in hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory settings, public health, health insurance, managed care, or healthcare consulting.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Management or other Fellowship related field.
Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Health Science (MHS), Public Administration (MPA), Public Policy (MPP), Health Services Administration (MHSA) or a related field. Degree must be completed before Fellowship begins.
