The UPMC Administrative Fellowship Program is a two-year leadership development program for post-graduate level students with a passion for health care management. We are recruiting for two of UPMC's divisions, Health Services Division and Insurance Services Division.
This position will start summer 2027.
This position has set rate of $32.57/hr.
Applications will open on Monday, July 6, 2026, and will close on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Fellows participate in core functional rotations during their first year of the program and pursue a specific interest during their second year of the program.
During this time, the fellow will be involved in various projects, meetings, and initiatives.
Upon completion of the program, fellows are prepared to move into highly competitive roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
This position requires completion of a MBA, MHA, MPH or masters equivalent from an accredited educational institution or program seeking accreditation (Note that candidates finishing a graduate degree program that requires an administrative fellowship after completing classroom curriculum are eligible to apply The ability to interface with numerous players in various departments and entities is important.
