The Administrative Support staff is responsible for assisting, coordinating and executing on a variety of
projects assigned by the Executive Director.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
Manages projects as assigned by the Executive Director
Communicates effectively on the telephone with patients, families and staff.
Assist patients and team members with questions, concerns, and problem solving.
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring a positive experience for patients, families, and other stakeholders.
Performs other necessary functions/duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
