Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to effectively support a variety of business functions. Experience with HR-related tasks is a plus, and bilingual Spanish skills are welcomed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience supporting HR functions is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
