Job Title: Administrative HR Clerk
Location: Olive Branch, MS 38654
Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr
Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
The Administrative HR Clerk manages Human Resources reception duties, maintains personnel files, and assists the HR department in delivering comprehensive services to company employees. This role acts as the face of the HR department for current employees, visitors, and applicants, requiring a professional presence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Daily Responsibilities
Reception & Communication: Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate parties, and greet/assist employees, visitors, and applicants.
File & Data Management: Manage all personnel filing in strict alignment with company document retention policies. Execute data entry tasks, including updating new hire paperwork and entering employee details.
Attendance Tracking: Check the daily employee call-in log and compile the corresponding report.
Badge Administration: Issue, modify, and distribute company ID badges for employees and visitors.
Talent Support: Keep track of scheduled interviews, job offers, and employee start dates. Help plan and create materials (flyers, signs) for hiring events and job fairs.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Perform assigned tasks to support the full employee lifecycle.
Back-up / Expanded Duties
Schedule and conduct follow-ups with applicants for interviews.
Manage the new hire badge process from start to finish.
Assist with running New Hire Orientation and onboarding programs.

Technology Requirements
Required proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education & Experience
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: 3–5 years of administrative experience is preferred; general office, data entry, or HR support experience is a plus.
Term: Contract only through 09/25/2026 (Core focus period: 60 days)
