- Post job openings and source candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting pipelines.
- Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and hiring documentation.
- Track open positions and recruiting activity.
- Provide general HR and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting or related HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or recruiting platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
Compensation: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
