Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. in North Haven, CT is hiring a dynamic problem solver to become our new full-time Administrative Installation Coordinator! You'll provide critical support to our sales and installation teams, handling the important aspects that make our projects successful.

THE BASICS OF THIS POSITION

THE SCHEDULE:

Our Administrative Installation Coordinator works from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE:

• Coordinating the clerical side of our installation projects, including scheduling and billing
• Scheduling client appointments for the sales team
• Contributing to basic marketing initiatives
• Managing office organization and inventory levels
• Helping out with additional responsibilities as needed

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Clerical experience
• Proficiency with computers and office software
• Preferred - office experience
• Preferred - experience updating and managing a database
