    Description

    Responsibilities

    OBXtek is seeking an experienced Administrative Management Specialist to support the Office of Award Terminations. The specialist will provide administrative and personnel management support. The work includes operational planning, workforce optimization (onboarding/offboarding), and coordination with HR and other stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective organizational transitions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise on administrative and personnel policies.
    • Oversee onboarding, training, and offboarding support contract staff.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and USAID regulations.
    • Coordinate HR and records processes across stakeholders.
    • Draft directives, policy briefs, and internal guidance.
    • Draft, edit, and disseminate official correspondence and reports.
    • Prepare reports, briefings, and memoranda for leadership.
    • Manage procurement, supplies, and hospitality services.
    • Support cross-agency personnel-associated administrative and surge needs.

    Work on-site 3 days per week

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience providing support to large offices in a USG department/agency.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and research tools.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Contract requires candidates with no USAID experience.
    • Work on-site 3 days per week.
