Role Description
To serve the business by owning the behind the scenes tasks to keep the operations running. You will be a one person team working to support your operational teammates. Your commitment to serving others by taking items of your fellow leaders' plates, allows them to serve our community with excellence.
Role could be Part Time or Full Time. Full time would require you to work in our operations partially each week.
Flexible schedule provided with the part time role.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring Email
- Answering phone calls
- Handling CARES and other customer issues.
- Onboarding new team members
- Ordering uniforms
- Ordering supplies
- Reporting for the Operations team
- Disciplinary documentation
- Payroll/Time Punches
- Team requests (documentation, letters of recommendation, work based learning, etc.)
- Owner delegated tasks
Potential Other Responsibilities
- Assist with schedule
- Inventory ordering and management
Skills Required
- Great attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Highly efficient at executing tasks.
- Not easily distracted.
- Proficient at basic Excel functions.
