The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University''s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

The Administrative Manager is responsible to manage the day to day administrative activities in the orthodontic department which includes but not limited to performing office management duties, handle all operations such as billing, budget and financial activities; program related tasks for residents and Clinical Director; faculty actions in conjunction with the Dean''s Office and IT issues. Administer all academic and related departmental activities by: handling matters related to admissions, orientation, course registrations, grading, exam, graduation; coordinating the training schedules for all orthodontic residents at all levels of advanced training and the teaching schedule of all faculty; organizing departmental functions in conjunction with GSDM staff; coordinating meetings across departments including lecture series, academic meetings, workshops, special events; conducting periodic residents and faculty evaluations; working collaboratively with faculty and students in support of their teaching and research efforts.
Required Skills
Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree required and 3-5 years'' work experience in a similar role. Prior academic experience is highly desired but not preferred. Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills and be able to multi-task. Must have strong written and communication skills Must be comfortable working with technology including software such as MS Office, Word, Excel, power point. Skills: Must be able to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to assess and problem solve and provide recommended solutions Must be able to manage departmental budget by: conferring with the Chair, faculty and to determine financial needs; developing fiscal budget; preparing reports.
