About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our team on-site in Towson, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both administrative operations and marketing within the growing home health care industry. Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, filing, and office coordination
- Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, and campaign support
- Help coordinate community outreach efforts and local marketing events
- Maintain and update client and referral source databases using CRM tools
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Support recruitment efforts by helping post job listings and screen applicants
- Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and community partners
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-player attitude
- Must be able to work on-site in Towson, MD
