About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative & Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Towson, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office administration and marketing within the rewarding home health care industry. Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administrative operations including filing, data entry, and office coordination
• Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, and campaign support
• Help coordinate community outreach efforts and local marketing events
• Maintain and update client and referral source databases using CRM tools
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, flyers, and presentations
• Support recruitment efforts by helping post job listings and organize applicant information
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and referral partners

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site at our Towson, MD office

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
