AtMerrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis$37.68– $77.00hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth.
The Nursing Administrative Supervisor assumes accountability and management of inpatient units.Coordinates, maintains, and monitors standards of care and practice, and makes appropriate decisions regarding staffing levels in accordance with patient throughput activity and acuity levels. Provides leadership and direction to charge nurses and staff to ensure optimum use of resources including during crises and emergencies.
