Administrative Office Assistant

Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac is looking for an administrative assistant, must be computer savvy, organized, personable, good communication skills, and able to ask questions and follow instructions. 

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, possibly later if covering for a receptionist

List of Job Duties:
 

·        Wholesales 

·        Dealer Trades

·        Stock in new & used vehicles 

·        Post and reconcile gas tickets

·        Cut checks for department managers/vendors/etc

·        Fill in for receptionist lunches 

·        Fill in for receptionist when sick or on vacation

·        Print deal labels

·        Submit for Honda PDIs

·        Order all CDK toners for all 3 buildings
