Administrative Office Assistant

Primary Duties

  • Answering Phones
  • Screening applicants for position requirements
  • Use of IHire/Indeed pulling applicants and leaving status (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Verifying applicants for Orientation
  • Calling applicants for drug testing, badge appointments, etc.
  • Follow up on applicants waiting for drug tests, badges, etc.
  • Prepare a log to track all calls.
  • Efficient in payroll

Requirements

  • Need to know Microsoft office, (excel, word)
  • Organizational skills
  • Dependable
  • Attention to detail
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 am 5:00 pm
