This position has been approved as a temporary role with the potential to become permanent. The individual will be responsible for professionally greeting and assisting everyone entering the facility, including employees, Board members, delivery personnel, vendors, customers, and other guests. A corporate-level professional appearance and exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors to the facility, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, Board members, delivery personnel, vendors, customers, and other guests.
• Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced office environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting work hours to come in early or stay later if necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer knowledge.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting.
