POSITION DUTIES
The Office of Human Resources is looking for an analytical and organized individual to provide support for the HR team. In this role, you will assist with many functions and tasks requiring a broad knowledge of the State Personnel Management System rules, regulations, and procedures. Â
This position performs a multitude of functions, including but not limited to:Â
This role will support the team in the Office of Human Resources and serve as a point of contact for agency-wide employees. Employees in this role report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. Â
This position is hybrid-telework eligible after successful completion of training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Â Â Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience:Â One year of administrative staff or professional work.

DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Workday or other HRIS TechnologyÂ
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suites, and SharePointÂ
Knowledge of proper grammar and concise writing abilitiesÂ
Attention to detail and analytical skillsÂ
Excellent communication skillsÂ
Excellent interpersonal skillsÂ
