Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:
The Administrative Operations Associate will manage front desk and workplace concierge responsibilities, including greeting high-level visitors, supporting office operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This is a temporary position expected to last 3-6 months with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Operations Associate:
  • Manage front desk, guest services, and reception duties.
  • Assist guests with sign-in procedures and notify employees of arrivals.
  • Greet guests, offer beverages, and ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Handle security access processes for internal and building systems.
  • Support phone line message retrieval and processing.
  • Process support desk emails and route to appropriate teams.
  • Execute daily operational processes and procedures.
  • Procure and maintain workplace supplies.
  • Ensure kitchens and supply areas are stocked and organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness and coordinate with vendors for office upkeep.
  • Provide shipping management support and backup.
  • Assist with logistics and planning for internal events and meetings.
  • Participate in workplace help desk coverage, including ticket processing.
  • Support seat logistics management and related documentation.
  • Complete assigned service requests in a timely manner.
  • Serve as part of the fire safety and emergency evacuation team.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and setup readiness.
  • Reconcile and process corporate card expenses.
  • Organize and communicate lunch events, including invoice reconciliation.
