Administrative Operations Support
Administrative Operations plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations HCS Head Start assisting the Site Director in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for children, families, staff, and community partners. This position combines administrative expertise, technology proficiency, operational coordination, and event planning to support the overall success of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Site Director.
- Coordinate daily office operations and maintain organized administrative systems.
- Maintain records and documentation in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards and agency policies.
- Serve as the center's primary administrative technology resource.
- Assist staff with technology needs and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate building logistics and support operational planning.
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning, drills, and documentation.
- Assist with coordination of parent meetings, family engagement events, and special activities.
- Support compliance activities, monitoring visits, and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of child, family, and employee information.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative, operations, or office management experience; OR
- Associates Degree in Business, Office Administration or related field preferred with one (1) year experience in an office of school setting preferred.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Starting Pay: $20.90 per hour
