Administrative - Patient Services Coordinator I | Leading Healthcare Organization
We're looking for a Patient Services Coordinator I to join a leading healthcare organization in a primary care setting. What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Manage patient registration, intake processes, appointment scheduling, and incoming calls.
Utilize Epic and other healthcare systems to maintain accurate patient records and complete administrative workflows.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient preparation requirements.
Process referrals, authorizations, and related documentation to support patient care.
Manage assigned work queues and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
Coordinate medical record requests and maintain accurate documentation.
Scan and organize non-clinical forms and patient documents.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
Support additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring:
1+ year of primary care or healthcare administrative experience.
Experience working in a medical office or patient services environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
Epic EMR experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Team-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
