Administrative - Patient Services Coordinator I | Leading Healthcare Organization

We're looking for a Patient Services Coordinator I to join a leading healthcare organization in a primary care setting. What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams.

  • Manage patient registration, intake processes, appointment scheduling, and incoming calls.

  • Utilize Epic and other healthcare systems to maintain accurate patient records and complete administrative workflows.

  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient preparation requirements.

  • Process referrals, authorizations, and related documentation to support patient care.

  • Manage assigned work queues and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate medical record requests and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Scan and organize non-clinical forms and patient documents.

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

  • Support additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of primary care or healthcare administrative experience.

  • Experience working in a medical office or patient services environment.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.

  • Epic EMR experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Team-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
