Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Administrative Production Coordinator Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Assoicate degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of manufacturing administrative, production support, payroll, or data entry experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP, payroll, or manufacturing software preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain and manage production, labor, payroll, attendance, and downtime data to ensure accurate operational reporting.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and shift production reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for leadership review and decision-making.
  • Audit production records, pack reports, and documentation to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Process employee timekeeping records, payroll entries, labor corrections, and attendance tracking while supporting payroll audits.
  • Monitor labor utilization and productivity metrics by maintaining tracking systems, databases, and performance reports.
  • Track equipment downtime, analyze trends, verify coding accuracy, and communicate discrepancies to production leadership.
  • Maintain employee training, safety, GMP, and compliance records while monitoring completion requirements and reporting status updates.
  • Manage and organize production documentation, records, logs, forms, and standard operating documents to support operational compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to Production Managers and Supervisors by maintaining databases, preparing reports, coordinating projects, and updating performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate communication, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
