Locally owned Wheat Ridge insurance agency seeking an administrator to join our team! As our Administrative Professional, you'll be the welcoming face and efficient organizer of our office, playing a crucial role in our daily operations. Youll be instrumental in keeping things running smoothly, ensuring our clients and our team receive the seamless support they deserve. We're looking for a candidate with strong data entry skills, familiarity with CRMs, ability to scan & distribute documents, attention to detail, and ability to work with clients over the phone. Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • CRM Management
  • Data Entry
  • Processing paperwork
  • Faxing/submitting applications
  • Scanning and distributing documents
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Process mail and help update client records



Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience using a CRM or database
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
