Seeking an experienced Mitigation Coordinator to join a 24/7 restoration company with over 37 years in water, fire, and mold cleanup.
- Handle administrative tasks: customer calls, job intake, data entry, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Review and update job information across multiple systems, communicate with clients and crews, and ensure accuracy.
- On-call every other weekend to manage loss calls and coordinate scheduling.
Qualifications include mitigation industry experience preferred, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle stress, detail orientation, and proficiency in technology. Bilingual skills and construction knowledge are a plus. Must pass background and drug tests.
