About Our Client
This firm is world renowned and consistently top ranked. Their New York City office is 3 days a week onsite in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Description- Coordinate and manage administrative projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support department for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrative Project Coordinator should have: - Bachelor's Degree
- A background in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
