Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong creative and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced with VLOOKUP, formulas, data sorting, and filtering
• Experience with Sage 500 is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional and courteous vendor communication

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders
• Assist with resolving discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or damaged goods
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Respond to order-related questions, pricing requests, and delivery updates in a timely manner
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide a high degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction
