Receptionist / Office AdministratorPepe Cadillac – Where Luxury Meets Opportunity

Schedule: Full-Time

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: OFF
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Pepe Cadillac is seeking a dual-role Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our team. As the first face and voice our customers encounter, you will play a critical role in delivering a luxury dealership experience. Behind the scenes, you will keep our busy front office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception:

  • Greet customers with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor as they enter the showroom.
  • Efficiently manage and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Direct customers and phone inquiries to the appropriate staff and departments accurately.

Office & Administrative Support:

  • Accurately scan and digitize deal jackets for record-keeping.
  • Manage the billing process for wholesales, vehicle swaps, and loaner cars.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed to support the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow with our company.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software. CDK Drive knowledge is a major plus!
  • Industry Familiarity: Prior automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work the specified Monday–Thursday & Saturday schedule.
