Freight Breakers LLC is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Recruiter to support our warehouse operations by recruiting qualified employees and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
- Review applications and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct in-person interviews.
- Process background checks and hiring paperwork.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with payroll data entry, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
- Support managers with general administrative tasks.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
- Perform additional office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruiting or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
