    Description

    An Illinois-based pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a new Administrative Resource for a promising Remote opportunity with their growing staff.

    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Resource (Remote):

    • Executes tasks associated with Change Control of Text and/or Artwork system (CCTA)
    • Review GRACE reports for effective dates and document the CCTA accordingly, per the Category 1 and 2 planned deviation
    • Generates status reports, as required
    • Interfaces with cross function team and attend project meetings to give updates on project deliverables
    • Assures global company adherence and compliance with corporate policies, SOPs and associated Quality Documents
    • Supports any additional closure activities (product information in EAGLE and Artwork in Blue) related to this project
    • Executes tasks associated with general quality systems, and more specifically, the global change control system
    • Project manages any assigned change control related activity and deliverables to completion
    • Assists, develops, and manages timelines to maintain compliance to project timelines, SOPs, standards per the identified global regulatory requirements
    • Performs other duties, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year of Administrative experience
    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Computer savvy
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
    • Solid problem solving and time management skills
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized

    Desired Skills:

    • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
