Join Signs of Success and help build the future of our sales team. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to manage front desk operations and sales intake — with a clear path to grow into a true sales role over time.
Gather project details and route leads to the appropriate salesperson
Create and maintain job folders and documentation
Prepare simple invoices and estimates
Support will-call, payments, and pickup documentation
Keep project and accounting systems accurate
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow into an inside sales / account representative position. Over time, you’ll:
Learn signage products, materials, and pricing
Handle simple sales projects as the primary point of contact
Transition sales responsibilities away from designers so they can focus on design
