What You’ll Do As an Administrative Scheduler, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by: - Answering phones and serving as the first point of contact for customers
- Scheduling service calls and coordinating with technicians and pumpers
- Managing logistics using scheduling software and QuickBooks
- Communicating with professionalism and clarity in a fast-moving office
- Supporting both customers and internal teams with a problem-solving mindset
What You Bring To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- A helpful, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Working Conditions - Schedule: 8:30–5:30
- Office-based role with consistent customer interaction
