Administrative Services Assistant (Onsite)

Location: Nashville, TN

Rate: 18 /hr. on 1099

Note: Candidate MUST be Local to Middle Tennessee; This is a 37.5hr/week assignment

Job Description:

The Contractor Tech Analyst will support the inventory management lifecycle for all TennCare assets. This role will support TennCare by assisting with administrative task and Asset Management. The tasks include but not limited to; deployment of assets, offboarding, system maintenance and surplus. This role will have a direct facing role to the TennCare employees, external contractors, external business partners and third-party vendors. In this role, time management, respectful and positive customer service relations and attention to detail is of the upmost importance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to inbound emails in the Vendor Intake mailbox
  • Assist with the maintenance of various databases and software systems
  • New user set-up requests, tracking and monitoring completion
  • Support ISA 3 or Director of CAM in efforts for contractor's DAY ONE reporting
  • Assist with Tenncare Monthly Billing report for assigned assets.
  • Perform asset validation in TennCare ServiceNow database system
  • Assist with computer refresh and deployments
  • Assist with Capital and Non-Capital Asset audits
  • Assist with Tenncare surplus processing
  • Support the CAM team in special projects on an as needed basis provided by ISA 3 or Director of CAM
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, technical and customer service-oriented role
  • Bachelors and/or A.A.S or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong research and analytical skillset, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
  • Strong analytical background in technology
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload to meet specific timeframes and deadlines
  • Ability to foster and maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationship with internal and external customers
Desirable Qualifications
  • Prior human resources experience a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel and PowerPoint
