The Administrative Services & Operations Team at DVHA is currently seeking an experienced dynamic administrative professional to join our team. Work in a supportive work environment with a Monday-Friday schedule, eleven paid state holidays, in addition to a robust benefits package. The primary function of the Administrative Services Coordinator II role is to work within a team of administrative professionals to provide executive level support to Senior Leadership in our Commissioner's office. This requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to work well under pressure with various competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

As of July 12, 2026, the step 1 rate for pay grade 22 will be $26.50 per hour and the step 15 rate will be $41.37 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:
NOTE: Only administrative work experience is qualifying. Administrative support includes those functions which keep the organization running or provide the resources for others to provide the programmatic work (e.g., accounting, budget management, grant administration, finance, human resources, payroll, purchasing, or space management).
Special Requirements: For some positions experience working with the VISION system (VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system) may be required.
