What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Enter and manage customer purchase orders within our ERP system.
- Communicate order status, delivery timelines, product information, and updates to customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate solutions across departments.
- Process returns, credits, and customer requests.
- Build positive relationships and create an exceptional customer experience.
Support Inventory and Operational Activities
- Monitor and maintain inventory records and transactions within the ERP system.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
- Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Assist with inventory planning and supply replenishment activities.
Provide Administrative and Business Support
- Support purchasing activities and process purchase orders for operational supplies.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support.
- Assist with various administrative projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to five years of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations support, purchasing, inventory management, or related business functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
