Position Information

Individual will perform a variety of reception and clerical duties in a professional mental health care setting, including client scheduling and check-in, online document processing, and answering phones. Must be sensitive to, and be able to interface effectively with, individuals in distress. Must abide by strict confidentiality guidelines. Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, be punctual, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Required Qualifications

Required:

  • High school graduate.
  • Must NOT be a current student at WSU.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Computer experience with ability to learn relevant scheduling program.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Some experience with university environments and processes.
  • Past experience working in a medical or mental health setting.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Competency with creation of documents in Word, Excel, Google Docs.
