    Job Description:

    Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for an Administrative Specialist, Senior Administrative Specialist, or Lead Administrative Specialist at Cheltenham Boy's Village Facility located in Cheltenham, MD. This position provides administrative support services to assigned Group or facility. Insures accuracy of correspondence and data flow from the Group throughout the Agency.

    Estimated Pay Range:

    $47,938.80 - $87,753.12

    Minimum Requirements:

    Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED, plus three (3) years to seven (7) years of administrative or professional experience. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.

    Classification Levels:

    • Administrative Specialist – three years of administrative or professional experience

    • Senior Administrative Specialist – five years of administrative or professional experience

    • Lead Administrative Specialist – seven years of administrative or professional experience

    Note: Candidates may substitute completion of administrative, business management or financial courses for up to one (1) year of the required experience.

    This position will be open until filled.

    Any offer of employment will be contingent upon successfully completing required pre-employment screens, to include full background check, drug & alcohol screening, and position appropriate physical.
