Job description

Title: Administrative Specialist

Salary depends on experience. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner
  • Communicate any customer needs to appropriate personnel
  • Answer/route phone calls and take messages
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Serve customers in person and over the phone by providing product and service information and resolving product and service issues
  • Provide operations support and documentation support for Managers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare and maintain company documents and reports
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
  • Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts
  • Process all payment using various pay services
  • Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma required
  • Collage degree or related work experience recommended
  • Previous office Experience
  • Expert customer service skills
  • Problem solving, computer savvy
  • Organizational skills, thoroughness
  • Phone and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to learn general warehouse task
