ADMINISTRATIVE SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
Absegami High School, Cedar Creek High School & Oakcrest High School
2026 - 2027 School Year (beginning Sept 2, 2026)
Grades 9 - 12
Substitutes hired for this position will be expected to work up to 4 days per work week (Monday through Friday) for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.
One (1) Administrative Substitute teacher will be hired for each high school.
Salary: $200 per day
All applicants MUST currently hold a NJ teaching certificate OR a NJ substitute teacher certificate. No substitute teachers will be hired for this position that do not have substitute teaching experience.
Candidates that still need to apply for a substitute certificate do not qualify to apply.
If candidates do not currently have NJ Criminal History Clearance for GEHR, they will be required to obtain clearance. Any required forms needed to obtain this clearance will be forwarded to you as necessary.
Valid results of a Mantoux (TB) test must be on file prior to September 1, 2026. Current approved district substitute teachers already have this document on file.
