Role Summary

The Administrative Support 1 provides essential clerical and project support to teams at COMPANY. This role ensures accurate documentation, organized workflows, and consistent administrative assistance across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support — Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, copying, mail distribution, and document assembly.

  • Meeting and Calendar Coordination — Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, and support basic AV/IT setup.

  • Office Operations — Order and stock office supplies; maintain organized work areas.

  • Visitor and Phone Support — Greet visitors, answer phones, and route inquiries professionally.

  • Data and Document Management — Maintain spreadsheets, perform data entry, and update project documents.

  • Reporting and Systems — Generate simple reports; support expense reporting and time entry processes.

  • Team Support — Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and general project coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Green Card Required

  • 2+ years administrative or office support experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with expense reporting systems

  • Familiarity with time reporting tools

  • Basic knowledge of PeopleSoft, electronic filing systems, telephony, or web conferencing platforms
