Job Description
The Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing (DIAL) is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker Registry Administrative Support Assistant 3 for the Health and Safety Division.

DIAL is a multifaceted regulatory agency charged with protecting the health, safety, and well-being of Iowans. DIAL's Health Facilities Division is responsible for inspecting and licensing health care providers and suppliers to ensure the health and safety of vulnerable Iowans.
The Administrative Support Assistant 3 position is responsible for receiving, processing, and managing data related to the Direct Care Worker Registry and Healthcare Employment Agency registrations in accordance with state and federal regulations. The Administrative Support Assistant 3 will maintain accurate, up-to-date records for tracking and reporting.

Do you have two years of full-time work experience in general office, clerical, data entry/processing, or related work?

Do you have a total of two years of education and/or full-time work experience in general office, clerical, data entry/processing, or related work? Thirty semester hours of accredited college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience.

Are you a current permanent State of Iowa executive branch employee? IF YES - Do you have current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes six months of full-time work as an Administrative Support Assistant 2 or eighteen months of full-time work as an Administrative Support Assistant 1?
