At Paul Davis Restoration, we help people and businesses recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, storms, and other disasters. We are looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our growing team and support daily office operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Support job intake, scheduling, and job setup
  • Upload photos, documents, and maintain digital job files
  • Assist with scanning, filing, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Provide support to Coordinators, Project Managers, leadership, and other departments as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication throughout the restoration process

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Administrative or customer service experience preferred
